I have so much to be thankful for this year. I celebrate 18 years with my beautiful wife, Kimmy, in a few days. Hard to believe that this will be our 20th Thanksgiving Day together. I love her forever!
I am thankful for my two amazing kids, who have turned out way better than I could have ever hoped or dreamed of. They are so kind, generous and funny.
I am thankful for my family. We may have put the fun in dysfunctional, but I can’t imagine another set of people that I would want to have grown up with. I love you, dad, mom, Shari, Ross & Tracey.
I am thankful that this year I get to celebrate Thanksgiving with the man who was my youth pastor and is now my friend and mentor. Dan is such an amazing person and I am thrilled that he gets to see where we live now and will get to see our church on Sunday. I am also excited to introduce him to some of the teens at The River. They have all heard so much about him already.
I am so thankful for my best friend and long lost brother, Steve Holt \o/. His friendship means so much to me and I am so glad that God moved me down to Cincinnati, so that we could meet.
I am thankful for my church and my new role at The River. Four years ago I would never have imagined that I would be in a new role here, but I am thrilled with where God has led me and I love that Zach is now the youth pastor to my kids.
I am thankful for my boss and friend, Brad. You have and continue to teach me how to be a better man, husband, father
Most importantly I am thankful to have Jesus as my Leader and Forgiver. Words cannot even express how grateful I am for the person I am today because of Him.
So what are you thankful for? Make sure you don’t just limit your thankfulness to today.
