Hiking the Seven Bridges Trail

Today we went on a hike in Cheyenne Canyon along the Seven Bridges trail. It is called Seven Bridges because you go over seven bridges along the trail. After the seventh bridge the trail gets pretty tough so we stopped at that point and walked back. But it still was about a 3-3.5 mile hike.

That area was a lot more beautiful than the Red Rock Canyon. And the temps were warmer and the sky was clear, so it was wonderful.

Tomorrow we might go hiking again and possibly go up the Cog Railroad to Pike’s Peak. But we are definitely going to go swimming. The weather will be wonderful with clear skies and temps in the 80’s, which is much warmer here being in the higher altitude.
